It covers basic yet crucial tips on how to meditate.

There is a private dedicated Facebook group called Zen~ology where you can come in and ask questions at any time during your coursework.

Meditation is a huge part of my self-care routine. It has really given me clarity on what I am doing. I love when course participants tell me they cannot meditate, because I am only too delighted to help them.
