Zen-ology is ideal for beginners to meditation - as well as those looking to fine tune or extend their current practice.

I have created a self-learn, self-paced, online course called Zen~ology. 

It is a three-module course, completed in your own time, with lifetime unlimited access.

It covers basic yet crucial tips on how to meditate.

There is a private dedicated Facebook group called Zen~ology where you can come in and ask questions at any time during your coursework.

Above all it is simple & easy - yet profoundly effective!

MEDITATION & ME

Living in the moment is getting easier and easier. I meditate every morning. I do lots of little rituals and practices that I use every day to help myself stay emotionally regulated!

Meditation is a huge part of my self-care routine. It has really given me clarity on what I am doing. I love when course participants tell me they cannot meditate, because I am only too delighted to help them.

 

MEDITATION SAVED MY LIFE

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a big meditation advocate. I usually tell people that meditation saved my life, and it did. I meditate every day, for my health and well-being. It has been such a consolation.
