Hands On Beginners Soul Soothers for Educators 25th May.
 
This workshop is most suitable for those who are interested in learning about complementary therapies in order to help persons with learning differences to ground and stay calm.
 
It is open to parents, SNAs, teachers, nurses, and any professionals working with persons with additional needs.
 
No previous experience is necessary, just an interest in holistic practices.

You can then use them with family & friends. The tutor will supervise each student one to one.
​
Some of the techniques we will be working on:
 
Engaging the Vagus nerve.
Soothing and resetting the nervous system.
The soporific technique.
Soothing the agitated mind.
